Courtyard house for rent Groningen - temporary

Hi,
I’m looking for someone who would like to sub-rent a small house for 2 months. The house becomes available 29 January and the end date is negotiable.
It’s a beautiful 125 year old courtyard house in Groningen (9712 TK), steps from Noorderplantsoen park, close to train station, shops, pubs etc. It’s fairly small but it has a large upstairs bedroom, garden and a shed with a work bench. It will suit one person or a couple. Downstairs is about 30 m2, with a little en-suite which can be used as guest room. Protected courtyard garden has old trees, bushes, herb garden and is shared. Great neighbors. It’s furnished and has just had a new shower-room and new flooring fitted downstairs so is in good condition.
